Keith Gelhorn

Keith Gelhorn is the owner ADDvocacy ADHD & Life Skills Coaching ltd. which is based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia Keith was first introduced to coaching in 2010 following a late diagnosis of ADHD, Depression and Anxiety in 2009 at the age of 36. Since then, he has built a successful coaching business that focuses on supporting youth and adults with ADHD & Co-Occurring Conditions in their transition to: Post-Secondary, Career Exploration, Entrepreneurship and Skilled trades. Keith is also passionate about facilitating peer-led training and keynotes for educators and employers throughout North America to maximize the potential of this diverse workforce.
